Filing an insurance claim was new and uncomfortable to us, and Brandon and Ed helped us understand both the process and the paperwork which eased our minds. Their brochure outlined the steps that followed the filing of a claim and that has been a good resource to refer to as well as manage expectations. It was comforting that they both were available during the installation of our new roof and were frequently on site to assure it was going as expected.
They made themselves available for any questions, were professional and knowledgeable as expected for having been in the business for 25 years. Their input was instrumental in helping us choose the right shingles for our home. Having the option of impact-resistant shingles minimizes the odds of us having to go through this situation again.
